CHARLENE DICKSON JOINS REALM DIGITAL

Charlene Dickson, preferably known as Pixie, has joined the Realm Digital team.

Pixie is a certified Scrum Master, with almost 8 years as a Scrum Master, Test Analyst, QA Manager and Project Manager. She is also Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist SQL Server 2005.

Being a self-confessed ‘eternal student’, she is currently completing her ITSQB Foundation level.

Pixie enjoys following peers in the field who are developing hybrid methodologies, knitting together process engineering practices and developing methods to best suit business needs. Learning how to break the mould and put a better one together is what’s most exciting for her.

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, she enjoys running and karate. She actually can’t help herself from talking about it all the time.

Pixie is usually described as ‘the one who tried to spread happiness’.
