Monique Harley recently joined Realm as part of the Key Account Management team.
Monique was born in Durban, grew up in Cape Town, and lived in the UK for 15 years.
Her career path into Sales and Marketing began in the UK, and the role later developed into an Account Management role, which is where is she found her happy place.
Having worked as an Account Manager at an Ad Agency and a Rewards and Recognition Company, Monique is looking forward to getting involved and working with the Key Account Management team.
On what new technology excites her, “Anything digital fascinates me, the challenges and the rewards. And how we ever got by without social media platforms? No idea.”
Outside of the office, she loves to be outdoors, gyming, spending time with her daughter, and enjoying a glass of wine with friends.
“I love the work culture that exists in Real, everyone is happy to come to work. I enjoy a fast-paced environment with a company that also has a family feel, and Realm is exactly that”.
